Program Settings: Scheduled Messages

Modified on Mon, 16 Feb at 3:18 PM

Here you can see any standard messages that are sent to the patient during the programme. It is possible to specify the text to be sent and when the message is due to be sent by using Offset days. It is possible to enter multiple messages to encourage the patients and motivate them through the programme.

By selecting the checkbox for Use actual text in notification it is possible to send the messages as SMS directly to the patients. If this option is not activated, the messages are delivered via the chat messaging tool that the patient and clinician usually communicate with.

It is also possible to create scheduled messages on specific programme profiles. This can be useful in situations where different messages are associated with different profiles:

If scheduled messages are defined on the programme profile, these will have priority over the messages that are under the Scheduled messages tab. If there are no messages on the profile, the standard messages that are specified under the Scheduled messages tab are used instead.
